The chef brings a large portable hibachi grill, all proteins, vegetables, fried rice, salad, and high-energy entertainment. We handle all the food preparation and grilling right in front of your guests.
What do I need to provide?
Customers are responsible for providing tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and any drinks for their guests. Think of it like hosting a dinner party where the restaurant come to you!
Can the hibachi show be done indoors?
Yes! While backyard parties are popular, we can perform the hibachi show indoors if there is adequate space and ventilation. High ceilings or open-concept areas work best.
How do we handle dietary restrictions?
We take food allergies very seriously. Please let us know of any restrictions during the booking process. We can prepare separate portions for guests with shellfish, gluten, or other allergies.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in the per-person pricing. Recommended gratuity is 18-20% of the total, paid directly to the chef for their performance and hard work!
